Did you know that you can sew a binding on 3/4 of a quilt with no bobbin thread and not realize it!! I love my quilting machine, I just wish it had a bobbin out feature like the big Brother does.

Pretty amazing, Laura. And pretty annoying! I love that feature. I get beeps that start slowly and become more urgent. BUT if I let it get linty in there then the sensor doesn't pick it up and I do the same thing you did..............  :brick:

Still worm holing away on the jelly roll quilt. I find that I can sew for about 40 mins and then I lose concentration and get all sorts of messes that need unstitching because of my inattention to detail. grrr. You think I would learn to walk away from the machine after a while and have a coffee.

I've been trying to sew straight lined geometric shapes on the lego quilt and although they are kind of wiggly, straight lines are hard to do as are right angles. It's almost done, just finishing off the border stitching then will do something special in the centre piece. He's 4 1/2 he certainly won't care if his straight lines are not straight.

No sewing today but I cleaned up the room, and sandwiched 4 quilts. Then I washed the floor which was disgusting! I still need to vacuum and will do that in the morning, then start to quilt another quilt.

Finished quilting the horse quilt for DGD. It's sitting on the couch waiting for me to sew down the binding. But I'm trying to finish off a sweater I am knitting for the 1 yr old. And watching some hockey, but only kind of watching it. I need to get at some summer t-shirts, just want to get some of these quilts out of the way.
