Friday 30th March and school is closed for 2 weeks!
70 herringbone twilled fabric woven in rows of parallel sloping lines
75 jaconet stout cotton cloth
123 serge strong twilled worsted
141 tweed rough twilled wool
152 worsted fine closely-woven wool
Are we twitching yet? I think it a bit much to define one of the items in the terms of another - e.g serge - type of worsted, worsted a type of wool.
