Karen, When I was in the E.R. for the vertigo the CT scan revealed what turned out to be blocked sinus cavities. The worst is up against my corotid artery and optic nerve so I need a roto rooting before it swells and potentially causes serious problems........

And SM, it really worked out well. After 6 months, a whole 6 months, my "monthly visitor" decided to come back again. I felt awful all day long. That and the surgery would have made for a dreadful day. I think I got lucky.

Lennie, DD has had surgery twice in 2 years (shoulder, gallbladder) and both times she has gotten her 'visitor'. With the shoulder it was day of surgery, gallbladder it was day after.

As a teen, every time we were going on vacation or just to visit out of state relatives mine would appear like an invited guest!
