Well, I got all of the test results back from the cardiologist. I showed high levels of carbon dioxide in my system as well as the creatine level was high & the urea levels were high. Everything else was okay. The nurse explained that with cardiomyopathy & congestive heart failure, there are going to be times when my heart just stops beating or slows down ... it's part of the disease. Since I have refused to have a heart transplant, it's just something that I will have to adjust to in my life. I cannot let this get me down. When the heart fails, the kidneys fail too so it's a vicious circle. However, I plan to live my life with my limitations & do as much as I can to help others. That's why I teach my sewing classes & do all that I can to help others. I will just take lots of naps, rest whenever possible, & keep my faith strong to be an example for others. I want my life to count for something. I'm just an ordinary person with health challenges. I will just go on with my life being the best person that I can be for my husband & daughter.
