Just thought I would share this with the tutorial ...a patient at work was really down ...as she got some disturbing news and was crying ...I told her I would make her a cup of special tea...this tea hand an angel in it to help her heal faster... that made her smile...when I was on my day's off ...I found this tea bag holder and I made her one ...I put a Tea and an angel on the front... filled it with tea and bought her a cup with an Angel on it...you would have thought I gave her a million dollars...she was a patient in there for 4 months... and very much missing her family...this little Tea Bag holder made her feel so good...so every day she would ask me for hot water as she needed a cup of healing angel...See how are sewing can help people feel better...and it made me feel good to .

Not sure if this is the right place to put this - but just found this site

which has many pages of free (and not just daggy things either) patterns to download, print at home with instructions. I have not tried any of these but they do include photos of finished items by fellow sewers.

And there is a "How To" section.

I merged a few of these tutorial-related topics together to keep them all in one place. I'll update the first post with a list of links in a little while.

Wow! So many tutorials! I've been curious about the burdastyle page -- the patterns look great, but some of them seem to be a bit advanced. I should see if anyone has posted about them on patternreview.com
