Think of the first three as basically a Bic Lighter - they are the reason the spray adhesive is "extremely flammable".
Most if not all of these chemicals are volatile, meaning they are a vapor at room temperature and only the person doing the spraying will be exposed. They are propellants and chemicals to help the adhesive dry quickly. I highly doubt any will stick around in any finished product, particularly after washing. It is definitely important to follow the directions on the can and use the spray only in a well ventilated area, and away from hot irons or other fire hazards as you are completely correct that those chemicals are flammable.
