is a cake good if it is unrefridgerated. DD has a whole cake left from DGD's Bday & was thinking about taking it to a meeting to share tomorrow. It was made on Sat. I have always kept them until they smell or get mold on them but does anyone know the real time frame for cake?

If there's milk in the frosting, 3-4 days. If there isn't milk in the frosting, a little over a week.
