Free Christmas Panels to any regular poster.

New postby lendube on Fri Dec 10, 2010 6:49 pm

A few years ago I inherited a big stash from my sil's sister who passed away. She was mostly into crafting and although I've used a lot of her fabric there's a lot I will never use. I'm turning the Xmas fabric into gift wrap bags this weekend. I'll have plenty! These panels I will never use. Take a look and ask all the questions you want. I'll just ask that the postage be reimbursed to me. I'll leave it for a few days and we'll see who's interested, okay?

Top left is a vest. Top right is a wall hanging to quilt. Bottom right is an apron. Bottom left are 5 square panels.

Top is a wall hanging with pieces to applique. In the middle are three square panels. Bottom is a wall hanging and large stocking.

Lennie I would love to have any that are pillow panel type. really any thing that is square. I love the Santa one!
I make tote/gift bags out of them.
Let me know how much postage would be & I can send you a check. Or I can tell you how I make the bags & you could use them yourself.
If someone else wants them I don't mind sharing.

Hi Guys,

Just now putting them away I noticed that there are two vest panels . There are two panels of the one with the stocking. And there are two panels of the one with what I call the applique pieces. As for payment; I'll just ship them and pay up front - no problem.

The problem might be dividing them up. ;) Maybe I'll stay out of it and you ladies can decide among yourselves??? I don't know. Being a weekend it'll be slower but.........????

Oh, thanks Barb but I have plenty of fabric for bags. Believe me, plenty!!

If a lot of people want them I would especialy like the 5 santa one. But will take as many of the square panel ones that no one else asks for.
I will PM you my home address & send whenever you get a chance. I probably won't get them made for this year anyway.

But Barb, I have Christmas UFOs in my sewing room that have been there for a few years. I cut out 12 Christmas aprons last week and have only finished 2.
I just asked DD if she wanted to earn some Christmas money by organizing my sewing room. She said yes. She's better at it than I am. She can usually convince me to get rid of more stuff. I'm sure she'll find some she wants to take with her.

8 square panels will be flying on their way to Barb tomorrow by noon. The 3 single panels and the big piece with the 5 Santas.

And thanks Lori for saying I'm sweet. Hey, I'm just getting rid of stash I'll never use........
