PM Clean Up

Hi Kaitlin,
How do I eliminate some of the PM's that have been finished and answered? Is there a way to delete some of the old stuff? I don't want clutter up the system with unnecessary posts.

There is a limit on the number of PM's you can keep around - I can't remember offhand what it is, but those over the limit will be automatically deleted. If you want to delete PM's on your own, you can click the checkbox next to the desired PM's, then scroll down to the bottom of the page where there is a pull-down menu (next to the "Go" button). Select "Delete Marked" and then click "Go."
