Congratulations to everyone who participated! :celebrate: I'm really impressed with the yardage (mileage??) everyone has sewn!

I had hoped to sew more myself, but life gets in the way sometimes. Hopefully the new year will bring more time (and motivation) for sewing.

Congratulations to all! I am a little sad this challenge will end, not that I wanted to win, but it was so satisfying to post those yards! In fact, I'm finishing up some baby quilts from the stash, and find that I'm short one yard of purple material. I wish I had a sewing buddy close by that I could "borrow" a yard from.

Congrats to the winners.. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.. And the satisfaction of having that much yardage that is no longer fabric, but a finished product that will either be useful or pretty to look at or both. ! ! ! I'm ready for another one anytime..

I had fun! It helps to have a push so I'll find time to sew. I hope we'll have another challenge in the coming weeks. Maybe we should do a UFO challenge. My New Year's resolution is to quilt some of the quilt tops I've had around for a while.

BTW,
I added 37 yards of Christmas fabric to my stash a few hours ago. It was 75% off. In my defense, about 15 yards of it does not look Christmasy, but coordinated with the Christmas prints so it was on sale too. I'm thinking quilt backings. I sorted through it all and only picked the ones I absolutely loved and walked away from the rest. :anxious: Much as I hated to.
I'm creative. You can't expect me to be neat too.
