Lutterloh System

Can anyone tell me if you can use regular McCalls, Butterick patterns, etc. With the Lutterloh System? Thanks so much.

No, I don't think you can.
Lutterloh patterns are small scale drawing that you scale up to your size. Using ready made patterns defeats the object.
Although I have used the upper chest and shoulder of full size lutterloh drawings to alter a ready made pattern.
