Hope you are feeling better Marty. I used to have a lot of sinus infections until one doc put me on antibiotics for 6 weeks straight. Haven't had one since. Earaches I can relate to also. Have had them all my life.
Cheryl sounds like you are getting used to your cover stitch. If you use a 2 or 3 needle stitch it will "zip" off like the chain stitch too if you don't lock the stitch at the end of the line of stitching, and even if you do you can unlock it and still zip it off.
Libby it sounds like your placemats and napkins were a big success. Congratulations.
Belinda could you do some hand sewing, knitting, crocheting in any spare moments you have? I know right now I'm missing my sewing room.
Still no sewing here. Just got home late yesterday from DGD high school graduation out of state. Maybe I can settle down and get busy once I recover from the trip.

Brockie, I am so darned tired, when I can't make myself do something I should be doing to keep the house running, get Ronnie to therapies, get ready for work, do the outrageous bookkeeping I must do for this conservatorship or social security representative payee, or manage my husbands diabetes, I just put in a movie lay down and go to sleep. I have had considerable amount of foot and leg pain lately (weight gain) so Ronnie will sit on the end of the daybed and rub my legs for me while I rest.. Sometimes he can be so sweet. I guess I feel like , If I drag out one more Item to clutter the house. I will be in more trouble. I love hand sewing especially reweaving, but right now I must concentrate on Ronnie. It sure sounds like other matters have had to have priority in your life also. We will enjoy our sewing all the more, after life settles down for us. Marty, I'm glad you get to enjoy building your library of sewing knowledge and skill. please post photos when you get a chance. CGMemphis and all Ya'll Have a good week now!!
