Lennie, I wish we had thought of a black sharpie then.

And Annie, I agree with Lennie. If the coach doesn't help you with this situation, go higher up. Start with the principal, then the school board or superintendent. I hope your daughter isn't feeling like she's being treated different then anyone else.
I'm creative. You can't expect me to be neat too.

Oh no DD is fine with me making it bigger and understand this is a new issue for coach to solve. Coach has been very helpful, but for now has no clue what to do about it since the company doesn't custom make anything nor do they make one her size. So far the first few games are scrimmages so she can play using her team practice shirt, we just need to fix this before the first league game.

I am very aware what the laws are. I would be the first one to complain and raise discrimination. So far we are good.

Annie, is it possible to get a men's t-shirt for your DD and modify it to fit like a woman's shirt? Debbie Cook of Valrico, FL has a tutorial on her blog on how to feminize a generic sport T-shirt. She is a plus size and does amazing things with clothing. Her blog is http://www.stitchesandseams.blogspot.com. Hope this helps.

Really... just get as close as you can... and don't fret. I am sure it will be fine as long as you get close.

Well I got the OK from coach late last night to add side panels. So I get to go shopping today and fix it tonight. Coach needs it back ASAP so she can silkscreen her number on it. She has to wear it Saturday...lol

Thanks for all your help.

I think I'd just add to the largest size to make it bigger. If you can't find matching fabric locally , you could always buy another shirt and use that fabric to add on to the first shirt. Then it would match for sure. Congrats to your dd for making the team!
