Hello, I'm Jackie. I lurk a lot because I can't seem to remember my log on or password. :( Oh well, enough about me.

In an e-mail I received mail from BeSewStylish & they had some favorite sites listed. I found a fun one, myshape.com. You'll have to get out your measuring tape & you have to register  but once you've done all that, they will tell you your body shape & what styles look good on "YOU".

Could save some of us girls some money & hearache. :D I don't know about you but I hate putting in the time & effort for a new wardrobe essential & it ends up in the UFO pile.

Hi Jackie and Welcome!! I have so many passwords and names I get easily confused, so with SWU I clicked on the 'remember me' thingy when you first log on and I never have to remember who I am. Now that sounded really odd, but considering it's a Friday evening after a very very long week, i can get away with it!

That is an interesting site. I hadn't heard of it before. They seem to have a retail component. Is it their own line of clothing, or do they link with other merchants?

Laura, thanks. Those long weeks will get you.

Andrea, they sell stuff but that doesn't mean we have to buy it. :o Just benefit from their knowledge & suggestions to make what we sew look good on us & have less UFO's. :)

Jackie,
Thanks for the site. They were right on with my sizing and preference to style. Fun to play with.

I have been looking for a site like this. I've never been that great at picking out what will look best for my body type (or even defining my body type), so this will really help.

I registered but haven't done my measurements yet. I printed the page so I can do them privately this afternoon.

Darn, they have some cute stuff on the site. I registered but have to do the measuring tonight or maybe wait until morning when the tummy bulge is smaller???
