Yep, its heck to get old!! Can't eat the same things or the same amount !! When DH and me go out, I leave him in the dust I walk so fast as he is a slow walker and since I am used to walking on the treadmill, I can walk fast. I have to make a conscious effort to slow down for him I wish I had some one close by to walk with as it does get boring on the treadmill, I read on my warm up and cool down, and listen to music as I jog.
