Lots of changes - the team challenge format and Michael Kors is gone. I like the new judge -- his criticism seems much more constructive so far and less catty. I usually dread the team challenges, but since they have to work in teams throughout, it might actually be interesting and put more of the focus on design and less on ego. It is great to see Tim's group critiques -- he really is a teacher at heart.

I'm not sure I like the team challenges and the new team format. It always seems unfair to some people while others get advantages. I can't believe they are going to be keeping these two teams episode after episode while one of them spirals out of control and loses member after member and everyone on the other team effectively has immunity. Seems very unfair to the people who originally got stuck on the losing team!
