Mom of Six wrote:I have a few more projects to finish this week for Christmas. I have a bad cough, stuffy nose, & coughing up some plem so I called into work for tomorrow & will get into readycare before it gets any worse. People around here that have let it go have ended up with walking Pnumonia or branchitis. I don't need that on Christmas so I will go in tomorrow

Barb, what did the doc say?
When I went last week, I got drugs that covered sinuses, bronchi, and pnumonia. Which explains why I haven't sewed a stitch in 2 weeks.

Dress is done! no picture yet.
They are predicting snow tomorrow night & friday. Hoping for a snow day on Friday (but not counting on it) I sure could use another week to get things done!

I finished this quilt for a friend we met through doing the Breast Cancer walks. It's not the official shape of the ribbons but it is made of pink ribbon fabric. I figured it was around 6.25 yards. It's been in my closet (unfinished) for years and then this friend told DD she'd really like to find a pink ribbon quilt.....wah lah.....done! I LOVE my walking foot for machine quilting! :D

Dug this fabric out of the closet after about 2 years....starting cutting around 1 pm and finished about 10 pm with stops in there to play with my new Kindle Fire, make dinner and do a load of laundry. Very easy pattern that I can make start to finish without consulting the pattern directions, I've made it so many times! I have so much fleece left over that I'm going to make the same thing (different size) for my mom who is always cold! That should take care of the 4 yards I found!
