Nah, it's just a phase you are going through. I've done nothing but garments for the last 3 months. And I'm itching to get back at a quilt!

Actually I just believe that Sophie is FINALLY seeing the light. Welcome back to the bright side, Soph! And your projects are beautiful, quilts and all.

Here is a picture of the 4 girls in their new PJs. Kayla was really getting tired of having her picture taken! You can tell by the picture with just the 3 little ones. These pictures were taken just before Midnight on New Year's Eve.

PJs look great, Barb, and the smiles on the girls' faces show how pleased they are! :D

Congratulations to all who participated in the challenge. I really enjoyed reading about and seeing your work. Great job, all! :applause: :applause:
Take care,

Theresa - I didn't think it was too hard, especially after sewing the curves in the redondo skirt. It's about the 5th one I have made, and I think the hardest part is finding the right pattern to use. I like the one I have, coz it comes in for my waist, then out to cover the butt. I hate trying to get the hem to hang right, but hubby has finally learnt how to help.
Lennie - There is no way on earth I can live in the bright side. I think I am too much of a night owl not to spend most of my live on the dark side. I will just keep visiting so I don't lose my tan!!

Well done everyone. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. It even gave me the incentive to tidy up one end of my sewing room, and I think I found about 30 yards of material I forgot that I had. I think I need another challenge to get more sewing done.
Happiness is finally having a sewing room! Soph

If you have used stash fabric for this challenge that has been in your possession for 13 years or more, please check here: Oldest stash list - I'm trying to figure out the winner for the oldest stash prize, but a lot of people didn't mention how long they had the fabric.

For everyone who participated, please also see 2009 Stash Challenge: Most Inspirational if you are interested in winning the Most Inspirational title.

I don't do the challenge to win prizes. I use the challenge to get motivated to sew and use the fabric that is taking up space on my small shelf. I must not have done enough for the Stash Challenge as there are now stacks of fabric on the floor under the computer and in front of the bookshelf! Oh, I forgot the milk crate under the ironing board that is overflowing. I need a personal challenge to get this stuff used and to be banned from JoAnn Fabrics!!!!

Kaitlin I just checked the yardage totals & I think you gave me credit for 2 Yds too much. my last entry was the dresses @ 6 Yds.

Congratulations to everyone who participated. I really like seeing all the pics. There are some very talented and inspiring people on this board. Maybe at some point I'll have enough stash to participate.
