My DS who is the chef at my house swears by all recipes website. I found this one that sounds wonderful there. it has 5 stars ! !

Thanks Libby! Wow, those are indeed good reviews. Incredible to have 5/5 stars with more than 200 of them! I'll give it a try.

And I just realized: Marty, I suppose if you have any salad recipes at all, by definition they are for a Cobb Salad!
