What is this fabric called?

Does anyone know what that fabric that is kinda wavy/bumply/wrinkly and often comes in plaids or calico print. Walmart almost always has blouses made of it in the spring/summer.

That's IT! Why can I not remember that name? I wanna make a blouse for myself from it and Hancock is having a big sale and I wanted to see if they had some. Looks like most of what they have is pastel, and I am not a pastel kinda gal.

Crinkle cotton is another name for it as well, though it's not in the plaid or stripe normally around here.

I have a great blue, green , black, and a little red seersucker plaid shirt that I got at Wal-Mart last year, and every time I wear it, someone compliments me on it. I just cannot tell them where I bought it. Some of those ladies only shop at the 'best ' stores. I just say thank you I like it also, and go on from there. LOL
