Thanks Marty. I'll take and inch out at the top and make it less flared by making it straighter on the sides. That will give her 2" of ease at underarm level and I'll try to take it down to 35"' AT THE BOTTOM. I made one similar 2-3 years ago( with software) but with wide straps. I don't have enough of Chloe's measurements to draft one with the software and no chance to get them done before she needs the top. ;). It was a good suggestion though. I have to much sewing to do between now and her Dad's wedding in june to go up there and measure her. No one would do it for me the last time I tried to get them to.

I would suggest that Chloe (since she is learning to sew) take her own measurements in her undies. They may not be exactly accurate but will be close enough that her clothes when you make them would fit her better. Besides, she has to learn about taking measurements sometime.
