Ergo Elite Kenmore error

Hello Everyone!

I am a new member and am hoping someone can help me or has had this problem. I have an Ergo Elite Kenmore Embroidery machine and I am getting an error when I put in my card reader that says, "ATA PC Card Memory Error. Data in ATA PC Card Memory may be damaged. Format Memory? All the stored Data will be erased. OK or Cancel." Sears no longer has a help phone or email. Does anyone know if all I need to do is buy a new card reader? Any help would be greatly appreciated? Welcome! Take a minute and go back to the home page and scroll down. There you will see many places to ask questions according to the topic, where it will be seen by many. I'm guessing the section that says "machines" and then embroidery. Click on that and you can start a new topic/thread. Good luck and have fun here. I don't have an embroidery machine, sorry.

Hi Paula, your Kenmore machine more than likely was made by Janome. If the serial number starts with 385, then it is a Janome made branded by Kenmore. When was the last time it was serviced? Maybe your sewing machine tech or Janome dealer can help you figure this out. Sorry, I wish that I had an answer for you.
