Oh, be still my beating heart!! I'm a cheese-o-holic. I'll take it over anything, any day. This will be interesting, Laura. I'll send in my list soon.

Are you sure about "pueso quesadilla"? What does the list say about it?

Are you thinking it should be "queso quesadilla", Jennifer? I'll sort my list out tomorrow as I am away the weekend.

:( No cheshire - my fave cheese.

Queso quesadilla doesn't really make sense either. My Spanish is poor, and I couldn't figure out what pueso quesadilla might mean or the words it came from. It could be slang ... um Caló or a name or the adaptation of a foreign word into a native language.

There's this town in California, Los Banos as named by the CalTrans highway signs, but I'm sure it should be Los Baños. OTOH, Banos is Spanish surname, so it's possible. I wonder what the people of the town say or the Banos clan for that matter.

It's much better to worry about this sort of thing than the USA's stupid congress.

Doesn't banos with the accent over the "n" (how do you do that?) mean bathroom?
