Hi All,

My name is Pam (another one). I am married to DH for 28 years. Have a DD 27 and a DS 24 who just got married last week so that also makes me a MIL. We also have a spoiled dog.

I used to sew clothing for my kids when they were younger but have gone to the DARK SIDE. Have been quilting for many years and have the UFO's and stash to prove it. I did make the seamless wrap skirt from SWN for myself and may make more.

I'm glad we have the new site to stay in touch with each other. I have gotten many helpful tips from you and look forward to many more!

How did your wrap skirt turn out? Do you have any pics?

The skirt came out fine. I made it in one day which is the kind of project I need. I think it would look better on a slimmer person though. I may make the next one a little fuller with more gathers so it's looser in the seat. I have what the kids at school call too much "junk in the trunk". I didn't make buttonholes on the waistband, I sewed snaps on and stitched buttons on the top layer. Much faster that way.
