I'd use a regular emb. 11 (70).

I have to say what I use also, but someone said Pellon was not good. IMHO it is the best there is. Wonder Under by pellon is all I will ever use to fuse any 2 fabrics together for whatever reason. It works perfectly every time IF you follow the instructions. I have never had a failure and I have been using it for at least 20 years. And you do not have to sew the edges down unless you just want to.. I bought Heat N Bond one time and it bonded in some places but not all. And then, I could just pull it with my hands and pull it loose again. Never again for me.With Wonder under you iron it on the wrong side of fabric with a dry iron. Then peel the paper off , lay it on the background fabric and with a damp cloth covering it. press for 10 seconds, move iron and press... No ironing back and forth. And you must use a damp cloth like the directions tell you. I guarantee if you do that , it will be the best you ever did.

I've tried it but I just used it to get the fabric edges turned over, then pulled it out, used steam a seam lite to hold it in place, and then sewed it down. I think that's how you are supposed to do it.
