9 more days! Anyone going to add more? I am done unless I decide to sew next week.
Then it can be whatever I want for whoever I want! Maybe even for myself :o

I may try to get my Storm at Sea quilt done, it still is in the piecing stage, but I'm not holding my breath!

Added borders to my jellyroll hour glass quilt - fabric from this summer. The top is all pieced now - but the backing and batting will new material. I am pleased with the look, quite fresh and modern - just need to find a big enough space to lay it out to take a picture - which is kinda hard at the moment.

As Barb pointed out Jan, you've got 9 (well, 8) days left so I'm sure your house will be in lovely shape by then.

I've got some yardage to post. The pics are in my camera. I'll get to it soon. I made some fleece blankets, gift bags, and two embroidered scarves (oops, forgot a picture of one of them.)

6 yds

Well now I'm really upset! I was about to post my 8 1/4 yds for the gift bags and my camera quit on me. I think it's the charger or battery actually. My battery died and it's not charging. Dang, those batteries are expensive.

I think I have the blankets on my memory card but nothing else. Oh well. I'm not exactly in the running, am I?

Go Barb! Go Laura! I'll see what I can do about my camera in the meantime before it's all over. :x :(

Lennie my camera will take AA batteries If the rechargables wear out. Mine won't hold a charge at all so I have been using the AALithium batteries instead.

Thanks, Barb, but it's a Canon and takes a little square lithium battery. I checked online and can get one for $11.70 which isn't too bad but the shipping is $12.00!! Hah! How stupid is that? I'm sure I can pick one up at a Target or drug store. I didn't know if it was the charger or battery but after running it by dh and ds they independently said, "Battery"! I'll pick one up in the next couple of days.

Lennie,
DS told me when I got my camera, that if I ever once let the rechargable battery totally exhaust itself, that it was ruined. Well, after about 2 years I let it happen. Since then I have been using regular batteries and they last much longer and I always know when I need a new set.. So, I finally put the charger away on the shelf. I like the regular batteries a lot better, and I always make sure I have a new spare set in my camera bag.

I have 2 batteries that won't hold a charge now, but the stupid camera has decided it doesn't like the memory cards. I do have DH's little freebie camera which I will use until we figure out what's with the expensive one. Go figure, the little cheap freebie camera works like a charm, always has!
