Vote: Quick tops...which one?

Ok, I need some help deciding! I've been feeling a little bit bored with my sewing plan for the summer, and I decided it wouldn't be too "bad" of me to stray for a cute little top which will probably work with the plan anyway. :? I don't really have fabrics picked out for my planned top patterns anyway. ;) Here are the options (all from New Look):

1. 6179 - peasant top style, inspired by Theresa's pretty little number!, probably with the little puffed sleeves
2. 6813 - knit top, I'd make the V-neck version with the short sleeves and tie neckline
3. 6806 - pleated squareneck tops, either version with sleeves (spaghetti straps don't do much for me) - the pattern calls for knits or wovens, but I'd probably size down and make it in a stretchy knit

So, what's your vote? I almost forgot another detail - DH suggested that I make this a personal "sewing challenge." I'll have 2 hours to complete this top, start to finish. :D I think it will be doable with any of these patterns...I think...

All of them are cute. I think I like the second one the best though.

Puffy sleeves remind me of little girls or young teens not an adult. I know many people make them but to me it doesn't look good. I think you will like the V-neck top with the tie as it will be great for work.

I like them all....# 1 and 3 are my favorites especially if you are looking for fast and easy...I dont' do well with knits so tend not to think of them as fast and easy

I like #2. Both options & I love full skirts so that's a bonus for me!

I like # 2 also. My first thought was like Dorothy, forget the bow. I don't care for puffy sleeves on adults unless they are the full long sleeve type.

 The bow was actually what drew me to #2. I'll have to think about it. I suppose I don't need a bunch of emphasis right in the middle of my bust, but I still think it's cute.

As for puffy sleeves..maybe that's not quite the right description. I should say "gathered" perhaps. I don't like things that pouf out away from the body too much, but I think a little gathered sleeve is cute. Like this: slightly gathered cap sleeves, not this: cartoon character puffy.

Thanks for the input everyone - looks like #2 is the winner so far, but keep the votes coming. I might pick up the materials tonight if I have time. And, actually, I might end up with all 3 tops before this is over. :D

I chose #1 for 2 reasons. First, you've done a lot of knits, why not try a woven instead? Also, the 2 hour limit which I'm guessing includes laying out and cutting, might be a bit tight with all the pleats with #3.

No matter what, I think you should try #1, even if you make #2, because it is so simple and everyone can use a cute little top like that.
