Why does it say that the extension EML is not allowed?

What are you trying to attach? From what I can tell, the EML file extension is used by various e-mail programs (Microsoft Outlook, etc). If you want to attach a picture, that would be in one of the image formats like jpg, gif, bmp, etc.
