The witch

I made two of these, one is already at DD's. This one is for DS and his SO. I am so happy with how they turned out though the metallic thread was a bag to sew with! I used a silver gray thread on the other one, it was too much hassle to try and do another one, this one took about 8 hours to quilt, the other one in plain gray took about an hour. The bats eyes are little gems that I had in a container. She also has pink lace sticking out from under her hat.

Those are so, so cute!! What do you mean the metallic thread was a "bag" to sew with? A typo or a new term with which I'm not familiar??? :D

I could have used another term that starts with b and ends in h but I figured Kaitlin may frown on it, and you know how hard it is to deal with an old bag (not that i meant Kaitlin was an old bag) but bag for us in our little neighbourhood here, is a substitute for the b*&^h word. i think I'll quit before I really get into trouble.

That is very cute Laura but I would have made the shoes red (or green like in the book).

Well, the other one I made has pink zebra shoes! I will remember that though, red ruby sparkly shoes would have been a great idea!
