Thanks, everyone! Nope, no pattern. Just off the cuff. It was fun to make. Shelia, go ahead. Call it quilting. I think I did. Look where I've posted it. Dorothy, I'm just dabbling. I'll never be hard core, don't worry. Donna, go for it. I used a lightweight cotton and Warm and Naural batting. Cheap to send that's for sure.

And yes, my mom loved it today. Luckily the spot on her face was just a precancerous spot. Not too big and not spread out. I really questioned her even having this procedure done. She's only got a year or so left of her life. Why put her through any stress?

But people often surpass the doctor's estimates...and maybe not doing something could have caused more issues. You never know. Glad it was minor.

i have to agree with the last one. My Xs old boss had been given less than a year to live due to cancer....10 years later, he was still going strong.
