White Uniform fabric

Kathy's favorite pants have 2" elastic in the waist band ( that is not available retail ), but 1 & 1/2" will work.
They have larger cargo side pockets plus two small ones that fit little stuff like alcohol wipes and her pager. They also have a front cargo pocket that will hold her stethoscope when she is moving/ lifting a patient.
I used a commercial pattern and then altered it to the measurements of her RTW pants. So far so good.
Of course, as soon as I have this pattern perfected and the supplies located some company will reintroduce the exact style of pants she likes. :roll: :roll:
I am going to JoAnns tomorrow I will check out their bottom weight rack and see if they have the poly/cotton blend in white.

I know Walmart used to have scrub fabric. That is If you still have a WM in your area that hasn't closed their fabric department yet. I used to make my own uniforms, but now our employer buys them.
I'm creative. You can't expect me to be neat too.

I never thought to look at Walmart. They have a fabric department at the one near me.
