A half granny square shawl. The colors made me think of picking blueberries. :)

That is so very nice! And yes, it does remind me of blueberries too, and also our clothing after picking blueberries!

Thank you ladies. I can't stop. ;) I went to the doc today, my cold has turned into bronchitis. I got a steroid shot, and it's either use this energy to clean, or crochet. i chose crochet.
I just finished this one made of cotton yarn. It makes me think about blueberry ice cream.
I think I'll knit the next one. I finally found some new 36" bamboo circular needles I've been needing. I made a quick stop at Michael's crafts to check for them after the doctor, and now I'm glad I did.

She's a maniac! A maniac with a crochet hook. Jeez Louise, Lori! Do you ever stop?? How long does one of those pretty things take you to make?? And given a choice of housework vs. needlework I think you've made the right one. You're sick afterall, poor thing. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Lennie, I feel much better. I just have this aggravating cough that won't go away. I have asthma, so crud like this usually hangs around with me for a while. :brick:

I used a large hook (N 9.mm) with most of the shawls I've made lately, so they make up pretty fast. If I worked on only one at a time, I could probably finish one in 3 or 4 hours. I usually have at least 3 yarn projects started at once. I get bored looking at the same yarn for hours. :anxious: I just pulled out a black shawl I started for myself last spring. It's close to being finished, I just got sidetracked after the temps warmed up here. It's made with a smaller hook so it will be warmer. The weatherman is calling for cool temps this weekend, so I'm tempted to put the finishing trim on it tonight. See how easily distracted I can get? :anxious: I have 4 yarn projects going at once now. I'm sure it won't be long before quilting will have me sidetracked from my crocheting and knitting. And oh yes, Christmas gifts projects I've been thinking about.
I'm creative. You can't expect me to be neat too.
