Hello from Texas

New postby Resa on Wed Nov 14, 2007 10:35 am

Hi, I am new to this forum, I was a member(mostly lurker) on Sew Whats New though. I was not on much over the summer, and then when I got my kids back in school, and things settled down I went to go lurk, and it was gone. I just happened to come across the archives of the old board and found this one that way.

OK, off to what I do best..........................lurking :D

Hi Resa,

Great to see there are so many Texans about that sew. I am totaly new to this forum. I didn't know that the old one existed. I so missed out. I am looking forward to sharing and learning.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I am definitely a Texan. Never lived anywhere else, never plan to. I grew up about an hour north or Corpus Christi, and learned to sew when I was in high school because there were really only 2 clothing stores in town, and neither one of them had petite clothes. If I wanted clothes I either had to make them or go to Corpus or Victoria. I now live in Central Texas.
