Hi all from Australia

Like most (but not quite all) of you here I'm a refugee from SWN. I'm 39, married with 2 kids (9 yo dd and 12 yo ds) and 3 cats and work for Weight Watchers as a lecturer/leader. I spend far too much time on my computer and not nearly enough time sewing. Good thing my job is only part time.

I live in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia and don't really know anybody local who does any sewing. I did a tiny bit of sewing when I was much younger but started more seriously about 18 months ago. I've learnt a lot from the ladies at SWN and hope to continue learning more.

Okay formalities are over. On with the show.

It's nice to see our Aussie friends here. I've met some great ladies in OZ through the sewing forums I visit here. My DH is an import to the US, but nearly all of his family is still there - in Adelaide and now Brisbane. He lived in Melbourne for many years before coming here. You have some great shops there.
